A mining company had to equip itself with a big square dust collector. The environment was a major obstacle to the installation of the required equipment. With a narrow entrance, several levels to go through and on-site assembly, meeting their needs was no simple matter.
Concept-air suggested the company equip itself with a large square dust collector. In a situation like this, where it was impossible to assemble the dust collector before introducing it into the mine it was necessary to adapt its manufacture to the existing conditions.
Each piece was carefully thought out and manufactured keeping in mind that it had to be introduced into the mine through a narrow entrance, that it would be brought to the right place by means of a lifting system and that it would finally be installed on site.
In order to increase the service life of the equipment, we also proposed reinforced piping capable of withstanding the handling of abrasive materials for a longer time.
