The cyclone : pure centrifical force
With its cyclones and multicyclones, Concept-air is able to optimize its client’s factory processes. Using centrifugal force to separate the solid particles from the air, these high-efficiency devices can be used as an initial stage dust collector and even as a part of the separation process.
Whether for separating wood chips from saw dust or any other particles, cyclones and multicyclones apply to a multitude of processes. They are particularly recommended when the filter media is problematic due to the presence of condensation or the presence of glowing particles.
Meeting the NFPA-68 standard, the cyclone and multicyclone are the best choices when the particles to be collected are very numerous or the temperatures very high.
