Acquisition of P.C. Machineries

With the acquisition of P.C. Machineries, Concept-Air enhances its offer by adding new products. The company now manufactures and installs bucket elevators and various types of conveyors

The family is growing!

Concept-Air makes another acquisition and becomes owner of Transfo Métal Demers.
2009

Concept-Air and its subsidiary Novafab acquire RPMI, (Roger Poirier mécanique industrielle)

This acquisition enables Novafab to consolidate its expertise in industrial mechanics.

Ventex becomes the property of Concept-Air

Ventex becomes the property of Concept-Air which now employs more than 60 people and specializes in the manufacture and installation of suction systems for a variety of industries.

Creation of Novafab

An industrial maintenance subsidiary performing maintenance, repair, analysis, machining and manufacturing.
